Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Conduct in-home design consultations for residential customers interested in bath and shower system remodels. Assess customer needs and propose customized remodeling solutions that cater to both aesthetic preferences and functionality. Deliver outstanding customer service, establishing trust and rapport throughout the consultation. Exhibit strong closing techniques by confidently managing complex discussions to finalize sales. Maintain a focus on results, consistently striving to meet or surpass established sales targets. Accurately measure bathrooms based on project specifications including baths, showers, jetted tubs, and conversions. Attend pre-scheduled appointments; no cold calling or prospecting required. Perform other duties as assigned. Training:Complete 2 weeks of interactive virtual training, including written and practical assessments. Must report to our local office weekly for mandatory training sessions. Compensation:Average earnings for sales representatives range from $120,000 to $150,000, with top earners exceeding $200,000.During training, receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay for up to 6 months, plus an uncapped commission of up to 5% and potential bonuses.
