Position Overview
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating opportunities, conducting inspections, and guiding homeowners through the roofing process from the initial contact to the signed agreement. This field-based role is designed for energetic sellers who are eager to leverage their skills in a thriving roofing operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through door-knocking, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct roof and property inspections (comfort on roofs is essential).
- Deliver professional sales presentations with a polished, customer-centric approach.
- Educate customers about roofing systems, materials, and our 3MG process.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships from the first appointment through to closing.
- Ensure accurate follow-up and pipeline management while collaborating with internal support teams.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license capable of transporting a ladder.
- Ability to work a full-time, 40-hour workweek (if opting for the full-time W2 option).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Motivated self-starter with a proven track record in sales.
