Position Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be the first point of contact for our customers, embodying the PLS experience. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service while educating patrons about our products and services. You will also ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business
- Informing customers about our range of products and services
- Ensuring all transactions adhere to federal, state, and local regulations
- Following internal policies and procedures diligently
- Maintaining a balanced cash drawer
- Accurately processing transactions, including cash handling
- Utilizing our point-of-sale system for transactions and information retrieval
- Addressing customer complaints or escalating them to the Store Manager
- Helping to uphold a clean and inviting store environment
- Carrying out other duties as assigned by management
