Managerial Duties: Provide training, coaching, and overall performance management to team members to foster high productivity, strong morale, and effective individual development. Qualifications Required:Bachelor's Degree in Packaging, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering. Robust technical knowledge of packaging materials and processes. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams effectively.10+ years of relevant professional experience. Willingness to travel as necessary.

About the Role:
Kao USA is in search of a seasoned Packaging Commercialization Manager to spearhead our Supply Chain packaging team. This pivotal role involves the planning and execution of production trials aimed at bringing New Product Development initiatives to fruition. You will be responsible for creating and managing technical specifications for packaging components.
The team also extends technical support for all commercialized products. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to directly oversee a team of engineers.
