Full-time|On-site|Austin, Texas, United States As the Senior Manager of Demand Generation, you will take ownership of and enhance Lansweeper’s pipeline generation engine within the US market, creating a significant impact across both enterprise and mid-market segments. This crucial individual contributor leadership role is centered on developing integrated demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies that produce qualified leads, accelerate opportunity progression, and drive revenue growth.In the short term, your focus will be on optimizing pipeline contributions, enhancing campaign performance metrics, and fostering a closer collaboration with Sales (targeting ITO audiences). In the long run, the aim is to evolve Lansweeper’s data-centric, account-based demand generation approach within the cybersecurity and IT asset intelligence sectors.Key Challenges:The primary challenges you will face include:Scaling a reliable and high-quality B2B SaaS pipeline generation in a competitive cybersecurity landscape.Enhancing execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) across key verticals.Delivering demonstrable ROI and clear pipeline attribution across various channels.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage the comprehensive Demand Generation strategy, incorporating paid media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, webinars, content syndication, events, and direct mail campaigns.Create and implement cohesive, multi-channel B2B demand generation campaigns that generate new pipeline opportunities and speed up existing ones.Lead and refine Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives utilizing platforms like Nrich; work closely with Sales to align on target account strategies.Establish and meet quarterly targets for pipeline sourced and influenced in collaboration with Sales leadership.Monitor, analyze, and enhance performance metrics using tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, Power BI, and ABM analytics, driving ongoing A/B testing and ROI enhancements.Key Requirements:Hard Skills:7+ years of experience in B2B Demand Generation within the SaaS sector (preferably in cybersecurity, IT, or enterprise software).Demonstrated success in creating and scaling pipeline generation programs that yield measurable revenue growth.In-depth knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy and execution (experience with Nrich, 6sense, or Demandbase is a plus).Practical experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Power BI, and ABM tools.
