Your ImpactNext Health is in search of a dedicated and experienced Naturopathic Doctor (ND) who possesses a robust background in Functional Medicine, Women's and Men's Health, Anti-Aging, and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy. The ideal candidate is devoted to guiding clients towards optimal health and longevity through evidence-based, holistic care. As a Naturopathic Doctor at Next Health, you will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals in a fast-paced and innovative environment. What to ExpectIn this role, you will:- Deliver individualized, high-quality patient care while maintaining efficiency in a dynamic setting.- Exhibit professionalism, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.- Conduct thorough consultations to assess patient needs, concerns, and health aspirations.- Evaluate, diagnose, and propose personalized treatment plans that may include lifestyle changes, supplements, and therapeutic interventions.- Order, perform, and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests, including blood work and specialty panels.- Create customized health optimization protocols based on comprehensive reviews of patient history, clinical findings, and presenting conditions.- Maintain precise documentation within electronic medical records (EMRs) to ensure continuity and quality of care.- Educate patients and their families on preventive health measures, treatment strategies, and long-term wellness initiatives.- Stay updated with the latest research, clinical guidelines, and advancements in functional, integrative, and naturopathic medicine.- Collaborate with physicians, medical professionals, and wellness practitioners to provide a comprehensive, team-oriented approach to patient care.- Actively engage in quality improvement efforts and the implementation of clinical best practices.- Prescribe appropriate natural and pharmaceutical therapies based on clinical needs within the scope of licensure.- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to ensure excellence in patient outcomes.
