Additionally, our Joivy Invest unit specializes in real estate investments.Role OverviewAs an HR Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational HR support throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include maintaining compliance with UK employment law and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services. Although the position is based in Scotland, you will also engage with HR functions for teams in London and Madrid, contributing to group-wide HR initiatives as part of an interconnected international HR community. This role offers significant exposure across various HR functions, making it an excellent opportunity for an ambitious professional eager to accelerate their career development.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain precise employee records, HRIS data, contracts, and documentation in compliance with GDPR.Coordinate payroll updates and ensure efficient monthly processing.Assist with HR cost control for operations in the UK and Spain.Prepare HR documentation, including employment contracts and onboarding materials.Oversee recruitment processes for junior and mid-level roles, managing job postings, CV screenings, and interview arrangements.Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees in Scotland and London.Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and basic employee relations issues.Support case management activities, including probation reviews.
