They meticulously plan work, procure materials, and coordinate between departments to ensure timely delivery, completeness, and adherence to quality standards.We are currently looking for a dedicatedComposite Manufacturing EngineerKey ResponsibilitiesAs a Manufacturing Engineer, you will bridge the gap between innovative technical design and a flawless production process. You will be working with high-quality composites, ensuring that complex designs are translated into a practical, efficient, and reproducible reality.In this role, you will establish the complete construction strategy and lay the foundation for stable output. Collaborating with the Engineering and Production team lead, you will set up the processes and create the build plan for laminating, curing, and assembly, also considering the logistical handling within production.You will develop tooling concepts such as molds and clamping devices to ensure quality and reproducibility. You will continuously assess designs for manufacturability and collaborate with Engineering and Production. Analyzing existing processes and implementing improvements to reduce lead times, lower costs, and enhance quality will be part of your responsibilities.Additionally, you will support the initiation of new projects and assist in resolving practical issues on the shop floor in collaboration with the production leader.Profile:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or Naval Architecture/Maritime Engineering).Relevant experience as a manufacturing engineer; experience with composites in a production environment is essential.Knowledge/experience with CAD systems, AutoCAD/Inventor is a plus.You possess strong analytical skills, enjoy structure, and thrive on continuously improving technology and processes.You are an effective communicator and have a good command of English.
