At Material Security, we are in search of a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager (Sr. TCSM) who is passionate about fostering lifelong customer loyalty. Our exceptional customer experience is a cornerstone of our competitive edge, making this role crucial in maintaining that advantage. As the representative face of our company to customers, you will collaborate closely with them to ensure successful product adoption, drive retention, and reduce churn. You'll play a pivotal role in our evolving Customer Success organization, contributing not just by following a set playbook, but by helping to create it. Your success will be measured by your ability to turn customers into vocal advocates for our brand and products while also advancing our Customer Success initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesTake complete ownership of your portfolio, managing 12-18 accounts that generate $2-5M in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).Cultivate and maintain robust relationships within your portfolio to maximize the value our products provide to your accounts.Deliver advanced technical expertise on our products, overseeing customer onboarding, complex implementations, and resolving intricate technical issues.Develop and execute strategic account plans that guide customers through each stage of their lifecycle, from adoption to expansion.Gain a deep understanding of each customer's business needs, use cases, organizational dynamics, product engagement, and associated risks.Facilitate and lead value-driven executive business reviews (EBRs) with each customer at least once annually.Maintain regular communication with customers regarding new features and product roadmaps, identifying opportunities for expansion.Manage customer escalations and collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolutions.Collect and synthesize customer feedback on product features, prioritize requests for product and engineering teams, and advocate for customer needs as necessary.QualificationsProven Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a customer-facing post-sales or implementation capacity within SaaS environments, with cybersecurity or identity management experience being a significant advantage.Technical Expertise: At least 5 years of hands-on experience in SQL or coding, including custom API integrations, and in-depth knowledge of security products, cloud email solutions, Google Workspace/Microsoft 365, SSO, or similar technologies.
