All supplements undergo rigorous double-testing for purity and contamination at an independent third-party laboratory in Switzerland.The RoleAs the Creative Lead & Strategist (Head of Brand & Creative), you will be instrumental in defining and amplifying our client’s global brand identity. Partnering closely with the Founders and Marketing team, your efforts will ensure that our mission to promote healthier, longer lives resonates through every interaction.ResponsibilitiesBrand Stewardship: Take ownership of and continuously evolve the brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and recognizable “Swiss-science” aesthetic that stands out. Safeguard and uphold the brand integrity across the organization.Creative Strategy: Design and implement impactful creative strategies targeting global markets, encompassing digital advertising, social media, and product packaging.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with the Science team to transform rigorous data into engaging, accessible visual narratives and educational content.Content Innovation: Lead the creation of high-performing content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging channels, proactively responding to social and cultural trends.Project Management: Oversee the entire creative process from initial concept to final execution, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of exceptional assets.Growth Integration: Employ a data-driven approach to analyze campaign performance, refining creative designs to maximize traffic and conversion.RequirementsProven Experience: Extensive experience in creative direction or brand strategy, preferably within a fast-paced D2C startup or an internationally recognized premium health/wellness brand.Visual Excellence: A portfolio that showcases a unique ability to combine sophisticated, professional aesthetics with dynamic, impactful storytelling.Strategic Mindset: A strong analytical perspective that informs creative decisions, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
