Work alongside professionals who have dedicated their careers to improving healthcare, advancing scientific research, and developing transformative technologies, ensuring our platform is not only powerful but also trusted and genuinely impactful.Location RequirementThis role requires in-person collaboration at our Palo Alto office five days a week to foster a strong team culture and rapid teamwork.About the RoleAs the Head of Demand Generation reporting directly to the CMO, you will be responsible for driving the marketing-sourced pipeline across various sectors including Health Systems, Payors, Pharma & MedTech, Co-Pilot, and Government. This pivotal role is the heartbeat of our commercial organization, where you will establish the demand generation function from the ground up. With HubSpot already in place, you will design and implement the strategy, measurement framework, campaign architecture, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs. Collaborate with product marketing managers to translate positioning into pipeline-generating campaigns and coordinate with the Event Marketing lead on pipeline attribution from events. Additionally, you will work closely with the Marketing Operations Lead on tooling, budgeting, and campaign management.
