You will play a key role in shaping our strategy while driving focused execution in your designated domain.We seek an individual with strong product instincts, a genuine curiosity about financial technology, and the ability to excel in a collaborative, cross-functional setting. Experience with API-integrated platforms and a passion for leveraging modern technologies—including AI/ML and real-time data—to enhance lending experiences will distinguish you from other candidates.Key Responsibilities:Discovery & Product Delivery• Own and manage the roadmap for your product area within MeridianLink Consumer, overseeing the process from discovery through delivery and iteration.• Facilitate ongoing discovery through customer interviews, usage analytics, and collaboration with financial institution partners to identify high-impact problems worth solving.• Craft clear, well-reasoned PRDs and user stories that provide engineering teams with the clarity they need for confident implementation.• Lead agile delivery ceremonies while maintaining a healthy, prioritized backlog that aligns with team OKRs.• Define and track product KPIs for your area, utilizing data to influence prioritization and demonstrate business impact.Cross-Functional Collaboration• Collaborate closely with fellow PMs on the Consumer team to ensure alignment across product areas and coherence in platform-level decisions.• Partner with Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and Compliance teams to drive alignment and facilitate delivery.• Act as the product expert for your domain, representing customer needs internally and translating them into actionable requirements.
