The successful candidate will oversee a portfolio of clients, managing account setups, relationship-building, and executing trades.Our Client Portfolio Managers deliver tailored advice and strategies to help clients navigate foreign exchange risk effectively. They are responsible for planning, structuring, and executing transactions, ensuring clients receive optimal value while contributing to Ebury's growth.Top-performing CPMs often advance to leadership roles, mentoring the next generation to inspire and cultivate proficiency in their careers.Key Responsibilities:Oversee a portfolio of corporate clients, executing various products including FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management. Promote Ebury's extensive product offerings to enhance client satisfaction.Collaborate with a successful sales team to drive new business opportunities by understanding client environments, strategies, and industries to provide tailored solutions using Ebury's diverse product suite.Analyze competitors’ strengths and weaknesses to effectively position Ebury’s banking solutions.Meet specific KPIs, including generating repeat and new business revenues, reducing client attrition, upselling and cross-selling relevant products, and increasing wallet share.Build and nurture strong client relationships through meetings, confidently presenting ideas, proposals, and updates.Expand existing business accounts and provide insights to product and technology teams.Generate new business by networking with existing clients for referrals.
