This pivotal role involves operational management and logistics leadership, blending entrepreneurial flair with strategic foresight, team development, and hands-on field execution. You will oversee crews, equipment, schedules, and vendor partnerships throughout the installation process, ensuring operations are safe, effective, and economically viable while solidifying Dandelion's footprint in the Eastern geothermal market. Key ResponsibilitiesFoster an entrepreneurial environment, driving key decisions related to team composition, equipment planning, and operational strategies.Build and nurture a top-tier geothermal field operations team, inclusive of drilling crews and ground loop installation specialists.Lead and coordinate multiple field teams alongside support staff to ensure safe and efficient operational execution.Oversee comprehensive field operations throughout the ground loop installation process, ensuring crews are well-coordinated and equipped for successful execution from mobilization to job completion.Manage equipment selection, fleet management, logistics, and vendor interactions to enhance productivity and minimize operational downtime.Monitor operations to uphold compliance with safety protocols, environmental laws, and project specifications.Implement industry best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity, reduce downtime, and enhance profitability across field operations.Develop and oversee budgets, timelines, and performance metrics, delivering regular updates to senior management.Mentor and guide team members, cultivating a culture of safety, innovation, and professional growth.Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes, integrating relevant innovations into operations.
