YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Customer Advocate specializing in email and chat support, you will engage with customers to address their inquiries and resolve complaints related to our clients’ products and services. You will work closely with both internal and external teams to meet customer needs and ensure high-quality service in a prompt and professional manner.
