You will provide support to a select group of customers by helping them understand Compass, training them on our tools and resources, assisting with marketing inquiries, and more. Your passion for customer satisfaction and commitment to delivering a world-class experience will shine through as you collaborate with the broader agent experience team whenever support is needed.Note: This role is 100% in-office at our Wellesley Office (+ 1x per week in Weston Office)In this role, you will:Be the face of the office by greeting guests, managing mail distribution, setting up in-office events, and offering first-line support for office-related needs; responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and organization of the office, keeping track of supply inventory, and escalating any facilities issues.Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.Facilitate the adoption of Compass technology and related services by providing individualized support to customers.Collaborate with the National Onboarding team to facilitate onboarding processes for new customers.Assist with basic marketing support by answering queries, creating collateral from templates, and acting as a liaison to marketing specialists for more complex requests.Work closely with other team members and departments to advocate for agent questions and feedback.Provide assistance with basic technology-related inquiries and troubleshoot issues with devices, conference room hardware, and enterprise systems.Offer ad-hoc administrative support as necessary, including preparation for sales meetings, data entry, and office-wide communications.Act as a culture ambassador who inspires and empowers those around you with a positive approach to fostering change.
