We want a collaborator who will elevate our thinking and improve our decision processes, rather than just someone to produce specifications and deliver insights.In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the product vision and strategy across a dedicated product domain, collaborating with our product, growth, and leadership teams.Your Responsibilities:You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our product initiatives and the speed at which we learn from them.Transform ambiguity into clarity by interpreting complex signals from customers, product data, and market insights into actionable problem definitions and product strategies.Collaborate closely with engineers and founders from the inception of a project, co-creating solutions rather than merely passing on specifications.Employ a variety of tools to validate ideas and mitigate risks, including interviews, prototypes, experiments, product analytics, fake doors, usability testing, and behavioral analysis.Rapidly transition product initiatives from concept to launch, continuously refining the loop between learning and development.Elevate the standard of product thinking within the team by mentoring others, introducing scalable frameworks, and ensuring the team remains closely aligned with customer needs.Your Profile:Expertise: You are a domain expert whose knowledge is invaluable to colleagues, including other product managers.Systems Thinker: You have a deep understanding of customer journeys, funnels, and feedback mechanisms, connecting user behavior to outcomes and revenue impact, rather than viewing features in isolation.Engineering Collaborator: You work intimately with engineers and founders, translating user insights into clear problem definitions and practical trade-offs.
