We conduct comprehensive system-level development testing, new production acceptance testing, and sub-component qualification testing among many other responsibilities. Collaborating with a team of engineers and test specialists, you will facilitate the efficient management and coordination of test and evaluation across both civil and military approval frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee flight safety management for all operations within the UK and Europe, fostering an Engaged Air Safety Culture.Develop and maintain comprehensive air system safety cases to support test and evaluation activities.Establish appropriate SQEP levels and crew standards for both air and ground personnel.Coordinate and deliver training for flight and ground crew.Assist in the orchestration of test and evaluation activities both domestically and internationally.Where qualified, participate in the execution of flight testing and evaluation in operational roles.Act as a Post Holder in accordance with civil and military flying regulations.
