Translate business objectives into concrete marketing projects, including positioning, acquisition, and revenue strategies. Analyze data to uncover growth opportunities, optimize funnels, and enhance campaign performance. Monitor and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), leading the collaboration with executing agencies. Strengthen our positioning in Mexico through web, social media, and press, while leading our PR agency efforts. Enhance the value proposition communicated by our sales team in presentations and sales materials. Design and lead our field marketing strategy: client events, partnerships, and in-person activations. Utilize data tools such as SQL, Metabase, and Google Analytics for informed decision-making. Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align growth efforts. Coordinate and lead the current team, assisting in organizing and prioritizing initiatives.What We Need from You: A degree in commercial engineering, marketing, administration, economics, or related fields. Proven experience in digital marketing and growth (performance, acquisition, funnels). Strong analytical skills and experience working with data. Experience in field marketing, leading PR, and executing events. Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, HubSpot. Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content strategy, and basic UX principles. Experience in startups or high-growth companies (preferably in fintech, SaaS, marketplaces). Excellent communication skills.
