As our business expands its influence across local, state, and federal government sectors, there is a significant opportunity to deepen client relationships and broaden .id’s reach into new regions and agencies.The OpportunityWe are seeking a dynamic Sales and Account Manager to drive commercial outcomes across Western Australia and South Australia, focusing predominantly on local government clients.This role is hands-on and quota-carrying, situated within the Government team, and has the potential to expand into state government and relevant federal agencies.As the primary commercial contact for your portfolio, you will establish trusted relationships with senior decision-makers, facilitate product adoption, identify growth opportunities, and ensure contract renewals and expansions.You will effectively balance proactive new business initiatives with consultative account management, collaborating closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Consulting teams to deliver measurable value to clients.
