Kołodziejska 2 (employee parking available; close to train station, tram, and bus stops).Long-Term Employment:99% of our employees are hired based on employment contracts, with an average tenure of 16 years at Flora Food!Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular inspections, repairs, and lubrication of machines, equipment, and conveyors to ensure operational efficiency.Perform planned and ongoing repairs, including disassembly and assembly of new equipment.Manage and maintain pumps, including centrifugal, piston, and screw types.Analyze failures and machine downtimes, identifying and resolving problems.Utilize computer programs such as MS Office (email, Excel) for reporting ongoing and planned repair tasks and parts consumption.Service packing machines and conveyors.Diagnose faults and take appropriate corrective actions.Improve and enhance machinery and equipment to boost production efficiency.Request necessary spare parts for machinery.Maintain order and organization in the spare parts warehouse.
