We are dedicated to creating an environment where everyone can showcase their authentic selves daily.If you are a talented, driven, and creative individual eager to join a dynamic and globally-connected team, we would love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Conduct daily reporting and analysis of existing credit to ensure clients operate within departmental risk assessments.Evaluate prospective clients through financial analysis techniques, including balance sheet reviews, income statement evaluations, cash flow measurements, industry factors, and trade references.Perform annual credit assessments of existing clients utilizing payment histories, credit reports, and EDGAR financial data.Independently approve, recommend, and establish credit limits for accounts, escalating higher-risk cases as necessary.Prepare and present credit risk metrics and insights to senior stakeholders, covering exposure levels, overdue trends, and risk developments.Identify alternative credit analysis methods for prospective clients who do not meet standard approval criteria.Negotiate commercially viable solutions with internal stakeholders and clients when credit checks do not meet approval standards, ensuring alignment with the company's risk appetite.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee high-quality support for our customers.Engage with insolvency practitioners, file proofs of debts, and maintain accurate records of insolvencies.Additionally, you will:Contribute to the development and ongoing enhancement of credit policies, onboarding processes, training materials, and automation tools.Organize training sessions for cross-functional departments to increase efficiencies in credit interactions.Represent the team in various ongoing projects, including user acceptance testing for GetPaid and participation in the Service Now transition project.Actively engage in credit risk forums and share best practices with the global credit team.Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and clear rationales for credit decisions.Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOX (if applicable), and local regulatory requirements.
