We are dedicated to crafting world-class experiences for our users by continuously improving efficiencies through automation and cutting-edge technologies like AI.About the RoleWe seek a Senior Technical Program Manager to elevate our development teams' processes for planning, testing, launching, and supporting software in production. This role involves refining and scaling existing operational frameworks to enhance the reliability and scalability of engineering execution, while also managing the incident response model for critical people systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, analytics, and operations teams to reinforce delivery discipline across the software development and support life cycle. Key responsibilities include overseeing code review and release practices, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, delivery readiness, dependency management, technical documentation, and incident response.The ideal candidate understands how to implement structure that accelerates team performance. You will work effectively with product managers, program managers, and engineers, discerning when to apply rigor and when to allow flexibility, transforming recurring operational challenges into sustainable workflows, standards, and processes. This position empowers engineering teams to achieve greater consistency in readiness, dependencies, security, launch discipline, incident response, and collaborative execution practices, utilizing tools and automation to alleviate the burden of maintaining such rigor over time.You will report to the Senior Manager of HR Automation and Transformation.
