Working closely with the Marketing Manager and sales team, you will strategize and implement campaigns tailored to distinct healthcare sectors, each with unique audiences and buying processes.You will oversee the entire campaign process from segmentation and content creation to automation, reporting, and optimization.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and refine multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns with a strong emphasis on lead generation.Manage and align the marketing campaign calendar with sales objectives.Develop and enhance workflows, lead nurturing strategies, and automation processes within HubSpot.Create targeted content specific to different sectors across email, social media, blogs, and newsletters.Grow and manage our social media presence while providing monthly performance and engagement reports.Collaborate with external partners to maintain and enhance website content, user experience, conversion rates, and SEO.Assist in planning and executing webinars, virtual events, and trade shows, including pre- and post-event marketing efforts.Utilize HubSpot, GA4, and dashboards to track performance and clearly illustrate marketing's contribution to the sales pipeline and revenue generation.
