About the Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and results-oriented Paid Acquisition Manager to spearhead and expand our paid media initiatives across various performance marketing channels, such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.
This position demands a unique blend of analytical acumen and creative experimentation aimed at achieving efficient customer acquisition and driving revenue growth. You will take full ownership of the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting for paid performance campaigns, ensuring optimal investment and direct contributions to our business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and oversee comprehensive paid media strategies across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and additional platforms.
- Plan, execute, and refine paid campaigns to achieve targets for CPA, ROAS, LTV, and acquisitions.
- Interpret performance data to identify insights, drive systematic testing (including ad copy, creative formats, audience targeting), and scale successful strategies.
- Work collaboratively with creative teams to develop impactful ad content and messaging that align with our brand's vision.
- Continuously monitor budget management and platform performance, reallocating resources in real-time to maximize efficiency and return on investment.
- Implement robust A/B testing methodologies across targeting, bidding strategies, creative formats, landing pages, and messaging.
- Stay informed about algorithm changes, platform updates, and industry trends, applying best practices across ad networks.
- Deliver regular reporting to leadership, summarizing results, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Assess and facilitate the onboarding of new paid channels, platforms, or technologies to broaden customer acquisition capabilities.
