Position Overview

At Fishawack Health, we are seeking a dynamic Paid Search Manager who will play a vital role in crafting and executing innovative Paid Search media strategies for our diverse clientele. This individual will take ownership of the end-to-end development, implementation, and performance analysis of all Paid Search campaigns. Staying ahead of the curve with emerging trends, technologies, and platforms, the Paid Search Manager will leverage their expertise to offer informed insights to brand stakeholders. This role is dedicated to utilizing media as a powerful tool to create meaningful connections for both patients and Healthcare Practitioners (HCP).


Key Responsibilities

Search Strategy Development and Execution

  • Deliver insights on current search trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the media lead and brand strategist to formulate paid search strategies, establish goals, KPIs, messaging, and comprehensive reporting frameworks.
  • Lead the setup of accounts, including campaign configurations, billing arrangements, pacing documentation, keyword selection, and ad copy creation.
  • Utilize various tools to monitor ongoing search trends, competitor spending, and historical performance data.
  • Engage in continuous learning about paid search partners and their capabilities.
  • Apply research and data-driven insights to enhance storytelling in collaboration with the media lead and strategist.
  • Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly budget goals for client campaigns.


Reporting and Financial Oversight

  • Coordinate with Campaign Operations and Analytics teams to implement tracking pixels for accurate conversion metrics.
  • Conduct daily optimizations of accounts while integrating strategic insights.
  • Compile and analyze media performance data across all tactics, generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports for clients.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimizations based on performance analytics.
  • Identify opportunities for account improvement through continuous performance analysis.
  • Maintain and update budget pacing documents as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with finance for media billing reconciliation.


Collaboration and Communication

  • Keep the Media Director updated on client activities and progress.
  • Work collaboratively across departments to ensure alignment with overarching client goals and objectives.
  • Support senior management in new business development efforts as required.


Travel Requirements

This position may require occasional travel, estimated at less than 10% depending on client needs.
