Role overview
This part-time Advanced Practice Provider position is fully remote and based in Texas. The role focuses on providing psychiatric care for clients in Houston or elsewhere in the state. Flexible scheduling allows for work that fits personal needs, with no nights, weekends, or on-call shifts required. Paid administrative time is included so documentation does not reduce personal hours.
What you will do
- Conduct 60-minute psychiatric assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions remotely.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Apply brief psychotherapy techniques when clinically appropriate to support clients.
Compensation
- Hourly pay ranges from $62 to $96, paid semi-monthly.
- Compensation depends on clinical experience, residency, and qualifications.
- A base rate is guaranteed, with incentive potential after an initial ramp period.
