Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer service inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Document and track all interactions with members, providers, and brokers.
Provide explanations of member policy benefits and coordinate with Medicare.
Handle complaints using relevant recording/reporting systems.
Ensure compliance with regional compliance authority and Medicare requirements.
Verify member plan eligibility and determine applicable coverage provisions.
Conduct reviews of member claim histories to ensure accurate tracking of benefits.
Utilize system tools to produce high-quality correspondence and documentation.
Adhere to privacy policies and best practices.

Work Schedule: The call center operates from 7 AM to 8 PM Central Time. Part-time shifts will be 4 to 5 hours between 8 AM and 1 PM. Initial training will require full-time hours for 4 weeks.

Qualifications:
