Role Overview: Part-Time Administrative Assistant This part-time, on-site position is based in the Lincoln Square office in Chicago. Enthusiasm and a dependable work ethic matter most. What You Will Do Welcome clients and visitors at the front desk and answer incoming calls, directing questions to the right team members. Monitor and respond to the front desk email inbox, supporting both internal staff and external clients. Coordinate meeting schedules and prepare conference rooms for use. Create and manage MLS listings, making sure agent compliance documentation is accurate and complete. Handle mail and packages, ensuring prompt processing of deliveries and outgoing items. Open and close the office securely during assigned shifts, following established procedures. Assist with administrative tasks such as ordering and restocking office supplies. Prepare photos for agents for MLS listings and marketing materials. Work with the Marketing team on signage orders, billing, and data collection projects.
