Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues. Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel and prioritize in a customer-focused manner. Team player with experience working in international and multicultural environments. Fluent Mandarin and a good command of English, both spoken and written. Availability to work on site at the assigned location. A valid criminal record certificate (not older than 3 months) is required.

Role overview

This part-time IT Onsite Support Engineer position is based in Beijing. The role suits someone adaptable and focused on finding solutions, supporting internal users in an international context.

What you will do

  • Deliver first- and second-level technical support to internal users on-site.
  • Assess, prioritize, and resolve incidents and service requests efficiently.
  • Log and manage tickets using the incident management system, following ITIL standards.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and mobile devices.
  • Handle standard software installations, updates, and patches for business applications.
  • Create and update documentation for processes, reports, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with product teams, development, and business departments to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–3 years in IT support, service desk, or similar roles.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities for user and system issues.
  • Organized, independent, and solution-oriented work style.
  • Solid technical and organizational skills.
  • Professional, service-minded attitude toward users.
  • Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a customer focus.
  • Experience working in international and multicultural teams.

  • Available for on-site work in Beijing as needed.
