Role Overview: Part-time Junior Accountant / Controller
The finance team at Polarsteps is growing. As the platform expands globally, financial operations have become more complex. The team is looking for a Junior Accountant or Controller to support core accounting and control tasks as more processes move in-house.
What You Will Do
- Oversee invoices, accounts payable, and payments: Manage incoming invoices in Basecone, ensure correct coding and VAT treatment, facilitate approvals in Pleo, and complete the accounts payable cycle for timely payments via Rabobank.
- Maintain accurate financial records: Handle bank reconciliations and balance sheet management to keep records precise and current.
