About the Role:
This position is a part-time, in-person hospitality role based onsite. Candidates should reside within a reasonable commuting distance of Chicago, IL. Our compensation package includes attractive commuter benefits!
As a Member Experience Associate at Industrious, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the member experience, ensuring that every visitor to our office has a remarkable day. While each day may vary, here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:
You will be the welcoming face of our office, responsible for setting up the space each day: brewing coffee, preparing breakfast, and restocking shared amenities.
You will take initiative to manage inventory and oversee the ordering of supplies for your location.
You will create unforgettable events and pay attention to the finer details, knowing that the magic lies in the little things.
You will onboard new members into various systems to ensure their first day is smooth and memorable.
You will assist members with any IT or Wi-Fi issues that may arise, ensuring they remain connected.
