Role overview
This role centers on creating a positive daily experience for members in the workspace. The Member Experience Associate helps set the tone each morning and ensures the office runs smoothly throughout the day.
What you will do
- Prepare the workspace each morning: brew coffee, arrange breakfast, and restock shared amenities.
- Track inventory and manage supply orders for the location.
- Organize events and produce custom signage, paying attention to thoughtful details.
- Assist new members with onboarding, including adding them to systems and supporting their first day.
- Respond to IT or Wi-Fi questions from members as needed.
