Role Overview
This part-time, on-site Member Experience Associate role is based at 3110 N Central Ave in Phoenix Midtown. Candidates should live within a reasonable commute of Phoenix, AZ. Industrious offers commuter benefits as part of the compensation package.
What You Will Do
- Welcome members each morning by preparing the office: brew coffee, set out breakfast, and restock shared amenities.
- Monitor inventory and handle supply orders for the location.
- Organize events and create custom signage, focusing on thoughtful details.
- Help new members get started by adding them to systems and making sure their first day runs smoothly.
- Support members with IT or Wi-Fi questions as they come up.
