Location: In-Field: Chico, CA
Location Status: This role will primarily involve work at designated field worksite locations, with frequent travel required to other Race Communications offices and off-site locations.
Compensation: $19 USD per hour, plus performance-based bonuses.
Shift: 16-28 hours per week (availability on weekends is a must).

Position Impact:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. Your primary focus will be to engage potential customers through direct interactions within their homes and communities. You will represent Race Communications, building meaningful connections and effectively communicating the exceptional value of our products and services to secure new business. This position requires outstanding communication and customer service skills, along with the sales acumen necessary to explain our offerings, address inquiries, and provide effective solutions. Additionally, you will support our mission to bridge the digital divide in California by promoting our reliable, high-quality internet services.
Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
• Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship
• Minimum age of 18 years
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory, subject to successful DMV verification
• High School Diploma or GED, or a comparable combination of education and experience
• At least one year of experience in sales, outside sales, or a related field, with equivalent customer-facing experience
• Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Sales Rabbit) for managing customer data and tracking interactions
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to travel moderate distances daily by car and on foot to meet clients and prospects
• Willingness to travel occasionally for sales meetings and events.
