Key Responsibilities:Cookie & Consent Management:Oversee our cookie consent management platform (CMP), ensuring that banners, categories, and consent records are precise and current. Conduct regular cookie audits to identify new or modified cookies and update the CMP accordingly. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CIPA, ePrivacy, etc.). Data Subject Rights (DSAR/DROP):Act as the main contact for incoming Data Subject Access Requests and deletion/opt-out requests via our CMP. Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, customer support) to locate, compile, and provide responsive data. Identify edge cases, legal holds, or high-risk requests for escalation. Process DROP requests within the mandated 45-day timeframe, ensuring deletion across all relevant data systems. Maintain documentation and audit trails of DROP request fulfillment.

The Privacy Analyst will support SpyCloud’s privacy operations on a part-time basis. This position suits someone with hands-on experience in privacy compliance who is comfortable working independently. The main focus will be on managing consent and handling data subject rights requests.
