Compensation and Schedule
- Hourly pay ranges from $62 to $96, depending on clinical experience and qualifications. Compensation is paid semi-monthly, with a guaranteed base rate and potential incentive opportunities after the initial ramp-up period.
- This part-time role offers a flexible remote schedule with set hours. There are no weekend, night, or on-call shifts. Paid administrative time ensures documentation does not reduce personal hours.
How Care Works at Two Chairs

- Collaboration is central: work alongside physician partners, therapists, and crisis support. The platform provides tools for measurement-based care, clinical decision support, and efficient information sharing.
Role Overview
- Conduct 60-minute psychiatric assessments and 30-minute follow-up sessions remotely.
- Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in line with state and federal regulations.
- Integrate short-term psychotherapy when appropriate to enhance client care.
