Faherty Brand is hiring a Part-Time Sales Lead for its Princeton, NJ store. This position focuses on creating memorable experiences for shoppers and sharing the story behind each product. As part of the customer service team, the Sales Lead provides expertise in sustainable fashion and personal style, building real connections with guests in the store.
Main responsibilities
- Draw on previous retail experience, ideally with direct-to-consumer brands that are expanding.
- Blend knowledge of in-store and online retail to deliver a smooth, consistent customer experience.
- Use technology and mobile apps confidently as part of daily routines.
- Communicate clearly both face-to-face and through digital channels.
- Strive to meet or surpass sales goals and performance standards.
- Promote purpose-driven brands and support responsible business practices.
Physical requirements
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Lift, carry, and move up to 40 lbs; reach, bend, and stretch to access merchandise.
- Stand for long periods and climb ladders when required.
