Key Responsibilities:Operational Execution & Sales SupportIndependently opens and closes the Studio, accurately completing all opening/closing procedures. Assists in daily visual merchandising, restocking supplies, and maintaining Studio cleanliness. Analyzes daily business operations and aids in implementing strategies to enhance performance. Acts as a floor leader during shifts, organizing team efforts to achieve sales and service objectives. Ensures compliance with safety standards and brand regulations, particularly regarding piercing and cleanliness. Customer ExperienceProvides exceptional service and educates customers about the Studs experience. Handles service recovery and escalates customer issues as necessary. Fosters a welcoming atmosphere and ensures a consistent customer journey in line with service expectations.

Location: Houston, TX | Reports to: Studio Manager | Part Time

Hourly Rate: $17

The Studio Supervisor is essential for the daily operations of our Studio, acting as a reliable keyholder and frontline leader. We seek individuals who exhibit sound judgment, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to work autonomously.

As a Studio Supervisor, you will assist in opening and closing the Studio, support floor leadership during peak times, and ensure a consistent customer experience that aligns with our brand values. You will set the tone on the floor by modeling our values, reinforcing service standards, and aiding in operational execution. This role, while non-managerial, requires maturity, responsibility, and leadership by example.
