As a Visual Merchandiser at MCG, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the shopping experience by undressing and redressing bust forms and mannequins to reflect the latest styles from our provided styling guide. This position demands an eye for detail, physical capability to lift mannequins, and the ability to foster positive relationships with store management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Effectively undress and redress bust forms/mannequins according to visual merchandising standards.
Oversee retail floor visuals, including merchandising, stock replenishment, and display upkeep.
Adhere to store policies, including proper sign-in procedures and dress code compliance.
Provide visual feedback and insights on product placement and display presentations.
Demonstrate prior experience in merchandising and retail; previous visual merchandising experience is a plus.
Complete tasks efficiently while undressing and redressing mannequins.
Comfortably climb ladders and lift items up to 25 pounds.
Utilize pinning and resizing techniques to achieve a polished, tailored appearance for garments.
Exhibit exceptional attention to detail.
Communicate effectively with team members and management.
