Join MCG as a Visual Merchandiser! As a crucial member of our team, you will play a significant role in enhancing the aesthetic and commercial appeal of our retail spaces. Your primary responsibility will involve undressing and redressing bust forms and mannequins to reflect the curated looks in our styling guide. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, physical capability to manage bust forms/mannequins, and the ability to foster positive relationships with store management and associates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently undress and redress bust forms and mannequins.
- Oversee the visual merchandising on the retail floor through effective merchandising, stock replenishment, and display maintenance.
- Adhere to store policies, including attendance tracking and dress code compliance.
- Provide photographic documentation and market insights regarding product placement and visual presentations.
- Bring prior visual merchandising experience; retail background is a plus.
- Demonstrate the ability to undress and redress mannequins promptly.
- Capable of climbing ladders and lifting objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
- Exhibit skills in pinning and resizing garments to achieve a polished tailored look.
- Maintain a strong focus on detail.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
