Your Role
We are on the lookout for a dynamic Partner Development Manager (PDM) to enhance our EMEA Alliances & Channels team. In this role, you will foster and advance Stripe's Consulting/Services and Technology partnerships.
This position focuses on nurturing partner relationships and driving revenue generation in collaboration with regional sales teams. You will execute Stripe’s global partner programs and initiatives, enhancing partner marketing, enablement, and co-selling efforts across the region to promote active partner engagement.
The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in Enterprise sales and/or partner management within the high-tech or payments sector, with specific experience working with consulting firms and technology partnerships. You should demonstrate strategic and analytical thinking regarding business, product, and technical challenges, and the ability to articulate compelling value propositions while collaborating across different teams. Familiarity with the economics of the payments industry and the eCommerce landscape will be an added advantage.
