Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic Partner Development Manager to spearhead the generation of business leads for the German sales team and cultivate a robust network of technology partners in Germany, replicating the success of their existing partnership ecosystem with over 100 tech partners in other countries.
Reporting to the Country Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Building and managing a diverse portfolio of partners.
- Developing and nurturing business relationships.
- Overseeing your partner portfolio.
Potential partners may consist of SaaS technology providers, solution integrators, tax advisory associations, or HR consulting firms. You will collaborate closely with a global team at Lucca to align partnership strategies, receiving support particularly during your onboarding phase.
Your Key Responsibilities Include:
Partner Network Development in Germany:
- Conducting market research to identify and engage potential partners.
- Targeting, identifying, and approaching prospective partners.
Management of Partner Prospect Portfolio:
- Monitoring the prospect portfolio alongside partner sales teams, tracking partner KPIs, and updating partnership opportunities.
- Conducting product demonstrations for partners and addressing their inquiries regarding the product.
- Holding regular meetings with representatives from partner organizations.
- Assisting partners in their initiatives, such as bids and presentations.
Partner Network Engagement:
- Assisting in the preparation and co-hosting of partner-organized events such as webinars, trade shows, forums, user clubs, and meetings with prospects.
- Contributing to the update of various commercial materials and tools.
- Staying informed about product launches and roadmap updates.
Partner Relations:
Ensuring partner satisfaction and engagement through ongoing support and communication.
