As a key member of the Global Partnerships team, the US Partner Development Manager (PDM) will play a crucial role in the expansion and success of our strategic partner network by forging new connections and enhancing existing partnerships. In this position, you will design and implement strategies that cultivate collaboration with partners, driving revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction through Phocas's advanced analytics and reporting platform.

This role will primarily target a North American territory consisting of major multinational ERP software vendors and their reseller networks, including Sage, NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP, and Microsoft.

Success in this role depends on your ability to identify, recruit, and onboard partners that align with Phocas's ideal customer profile (ICP) in distribution, manufacturing, and retail sectors, while also developing resources to help partners refer, sell, and implement Phocas solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, recruit, and negotiate with targeted distribution, manufacturing, and retail vertical partners to expand Phocas's partner ecosystem.
  • Seek opportunities to strengthen and grow relationships with current partners.
  • Develop and implement joint business plans to meet strategic objectives and enhance partner engagement.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align partner initiatives with core business strategies.
  • Conduct regular sales enablement sessions for partners, focusing on Phocas products, solutions, and best practices to maximize partner effectiveness.
  • Oversee the partner onboarding process, ensuring seamless integration and communication.
  • Monitor and report partner performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Collaborate directly with partners to develop profitable opportunities and drive sales of Phocas solutions.
  • Participate in industry events and trade shows to promote partnership capabilities and showcase our solutions.
  • Assist partners in lead generation and the development of go-to-market strategies to maximize their potential.
