We are excited to welcome a Partner Enablement Trainer to our team, responsible for conducting live training sessions, both in-person and remote, for our entire partner network across the EMEA region.
In this role, you will empower new partners to confidently sell, implement, and support Lightspeed products independently. You will facilitate enablement sessions that transition partners from contract signing through to certification and beyond, catering to a diverse range from referral and ambassador partners to expert partners and resellers.
Your responsibilities will include:
Crafting and delivering engaging live training sessions for both new and existing partners throughout EMEA, focusing on product knowledge, sales strategies, demo techniques, and implementation processes.
Leading partner onboarding programs from the signing of contracts to their certification, customizing your approach based on the partner's type and tier, ensuring a personalized experience for expert partners and resellers while streamlining the process for referral and ambassador partners.
Monitoring training progress, engagement metrics, and overall partner readiness, reporting outcomes to stakeholders across Partnerships and Launch.
Contributing actively to the development of training materials, refining content based on live delivery feedback in collaboration with the Partner Implementation Trainer.
Creating and managing automated onboarding pathways for lower-touch partner tiers (ambassador, referral), allowing you to focus on partners who require more intensive support.
Shadowing Sales Engineers and Sales during co-selling opportunities in your initial months to gain insights into product positioning and objection handling through live customer interactions.
Continuing to learn by observing how trained partners perform in real sales situations and integrating those insights into improved training materials.
Collaborating closely with Partner Growth Managers to share accountability for partner engagement post-contract: you will manage training, while they drive partner participation.
Coordinating with Implementation Partner Managers for technical validation on complex partner cases and with Partner Growth Managers for localized sales support.
