The Partner Management team's goal is to assist our content partners in conceptualizing, developing, and delivering top-tier video applications and experiences. Acting as the main contact for platform, product, and technical inquiries, we collaborate closely with content publishers, third-party developers, and various internal teams at Roku, including Content Distribution, Partner Growth, and Product Engineering. Our role involves facilitating onboarding, managing global app launches, and helping partners create seamless experiences that delight users while adhering to Roku’s operational standards.

About the Role

The Partner Engagement Associate serves as a crucial link between our content partners and Roku. This position demands exceptional communication, project management, and organizational capabilities, along with a robust understanding of product development and technical troubleshooting. You will collaborate with partners to enhance app integration and streamline operations on Roku’s platform, focusing on technical onboarding, troubleshooting, and performance enhancement. Internally, you will generate and maintain knowledge base articles and resources while overseeing cross-functional projects to ensure efficient execution and clear stakeholder communication. Your ability to navigate internal processes and provide actionable updates will be vital for driving success.

This position is based in Austin, TX and will be in office Monday - Thursday.
