Role Overview
The Partner Engagement Manager plays a key role in supporting the operational structure of the Professional Services Partner Program and Team. This position focuses on improving how Professional Services and Expert Services operate, while building out processes that help the Partner Program run smoothly. Reporting to the Director of Professional Services Partnerships, the role involves coordinating both internal and external partnership activities and developing processes that bring consistency across teams. The Partner Engagement Manager will help streamline partner onboarding, ensure smooth delivery, and maintain the operational foundation that enables partners to succeed and expand OpenGov’s reach through strategic partnerships.
What You Will Do
- Design and implement scalable processes for onboarding partners, managing documentation, and setting up system access
- Create and update documentation outlining partner operational procedures and best practices
- Manage partner access to internal systems, ensuring security protocols are followed
- Work with IT and Security teams to meet compliance requirements for partner system access
- Prepare regular reports on partner operational health and performance metrics
- Help track partner certifications and oversee renewal processes
- Support resource allocation and capacity planning for professional services
