The Role
As a Partner Implementation Manager at Uncountable, you will play a pivotal role in our partner ecosystem. The quality of partner-driven implementations is essential for our global expansion. Your expertise will ensure that every installation meets the stringent scientific standards, data integrity, and customer satisfaction that Uncountable is known for.
This position closely aligns with our Scientific Implementation Manager role, but with the added responsibility of elevating the capabilities of our entire partner network. This includes being the go-to expert for complex configurations, developing training programs to empower partners, and maintaining the high standards that protect our reputation and client relationships.
You will work collaboratively with both partner teams and end customers, requiring scientific acumen, platform proficiency, and exceptional communication skills. Additionally, you will take on a mentoring role, guiding partners to create systems that operate effectively even in your absence.
Your Responsibilities
Manage Partner-Led Implementations
- Ensure quality assurance across all partner-delivered implementations, serving as the final authority on compliance with Uncountable's standards prior to go-live.
- Stay actively engaged during partner implementations, reviewing data structures, participating in key customer milestones, and providing corrective guidance as needed.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of implementation health across the partner network, proactively identifying risks and driving timely resolutions.
