This permanent role is based in our London office.This position is client-facing and high-impact, requiring a strategic thinker and excellent communicator who excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.You will report to the Director of Partner Marketing and collaborate with internal teams across Analytics, Creative Services, and Media Demand Generation.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Senior Partner Marketing Manager for Europe in the Points BU, you will spearhead strategic growth, innovation, and measurable impact across some of the world’s most esteemed airline loyalty programs. You will be responsible for the complete marketing strategy for the region, acting as a trusted advisor to senior partner stakeholders, and playing a pivotal role in shaping loyalty marketing strategies.Portfolio Ownership: Take comprehensive strategic and operational ownership of the European loyalty partner marketing portfolio, defining vision, priorities, and KPIs to enhance revenue and engagement with Plusgrade’s loyalty products.Commercial Strategy & Revenue Focus: Proactively drive marketing initiatives that align with revenue objectives, developing and optimizing a diverse range of marketing initiatives across the entire product suite to maximize partner yield.Understanding of Loyalty Economics: Possess a deep comprehension of loyalty economics and the ability to translate strategies to align with loyalty program metrics while preserving the program's economics.Strategic Leadership: Formulate and implement multi-year, data-driven marketing strategies that boost partner growth, enhance engagement, and position Plusgrade as a thought leader in the industry.Executive Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration on initiatives.
