What You’ll Do:Ensure the successful onboarding, training, and certification of partner technical resources. Participate in joint business planning and review sessions for alignment between Datadog and partner technical teams. Support partner technical initiatives, including customer demonstrations and workshops. Advocate for partners’ technical concerns with internal Datadog teams to achieve resolution. Regularly analyze partner service offerings and recommend enhancements using Datadog features. Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to prioritize new features. Curate and evolve best practices for Datadog platform adoption and success. Who You Are:Strong technical background with hands-on experience in IT Development and/or Operations. A proven track record and passion for continuous learning, typically possessing 10-15 years in a customer or partner-facing technical role. A self-starter with a proactive approach to technical challenges.

  • Work closely with the Director of Partner Solutions Architects, focusing on Channels & Alliances.
  • Support technical initiatives for Datadog partners, such as cloud migration, application modernization, and DevOps transformation.
  • Act as a technical advisor, collaborating with both Datadog and partner teams to ensure project success.
